My personal preference by far is the SuccessFactors solution. Not only is this a more cost effective solution but it also provides the following key advantages:

  • The client is to a greater extend empowered to control and support the recruitment process
  • Quarterly upgrades ensure continuous innovation to keep up with market trends
  • The cloud solution has an improved candidate interface and it enables candidates to integrate with social media such as LinkedIn
  • It provides for a standard outlook integration
